How To Open And Access Phone (sprint Model Ls840) When I Have Forgotten Pattern
Forgot lock code and will not accept any code or Google account info. I have also tried to reset phone but nothing working. Please help me.

1. Turn the power off. 2. Press and hold the following keys at the same time: Power/Lock key + the Volume down key . 3. Release the Power/Lock key and the Volume down key when you see the Factory Hard Reset screen. 4. Press the Power/Lock key to confirm (or press any other key to cancel). When you press the Power/Lock key to confirm, the message "Are you sure you want to continue with erase?" is displayed. 5. Press the Power/Lock key and your phone will be restored to the factory settings. To cancel, press the Volume Keys. Attention: If a factory reset is performed, all installed applications and user data will be erased. Please back up any important data before performing a factory reset.

At this point your only option is to hard reset the phone. To do that, follow the instructions here.
