Phone Won't Turn On...
I haven't used my LG l696 in months, at least over 7 or 8 because I upgraded. Last I used the phone it worked perfectly fine and now I try to charge it and it won't charge. Do u think it needs a new battery or what could it be.

hello
follow the instructions below.
1. Remove the battery.
2. Connect the phone on a charger without the battery.
3. Press and hold the power button for 15 to 20 sec
4. Take the charger out.
5. Put the battery back.
6. The connect the charger back then your phone should work or charge.
if the above instructions does not solve the problem then you can take the phone for service or try another battey before service follow the same instructions above
