Microwave Is Making A Loud Humming Noise And Is Not Working.

This is the same advice I give to every question about microwave ovens.

Take it into a service shop.

Microwaves can be dangerous when they fail.  They can leak radiation into the room.  They use a magnetron tube to heat food.  The same device is used on ship radar systems.  You cannot service it yourself and if you do you can cause fire or physical harm to yourself.

Many appliance stores can repair them for a reasonable fee.
