Helptwork Issues

I recently bought the phone from a branded T mobile shop and on inserting another network sim, it brings out only 2g network, pls i need a way to switch to 3g or 4g network cos the 2g network is killing my battery and it makes downloads very slow and also makes me charge my fone every 5hours. Pls help

T-Mobile does not support the usage of a phone on another network. However, I would suggest looking at the phone bands that are supported by the phone and the bands that are supported by the carrier. I'd wager the phone doesn't have the same bands as the carrier supports for 3G.
