Turned On Tv This Am And Heard A Loud Snap. After That There Was No Power To Tv.

Sorry for your trouble but there's no magic button to push. You have a short circuit or failed component probably on the power supply. If you are mechanically & electronically inclined you should pull the back off & look for bulging or blown capacitors or other shorted components.
