Menu Keeps Poping Up

menu keeps poping up and controlls dont work till tv is turn off then on

It seems that the unit is set to its DEMONSTRATION mode. Step one of the INITIAL SETTINGS is the MODE setting. This MODE setting will allow you to choose whether the unit is being used IN STORE or at HOME. The IN STORE setting will force the unit to run an automatic demonstration of the different features, including the menu screens. Set this to HOME to allow normal operations.
