Picture Adjustments

The color on my lg37ld450c is messed up and haven't been able to get it adjusted. Have tried every thing. Picture reset doesen't seem to work.Really don't know how to explain the way it looks except it looks like the comic mode on a digetal comera. The only thing that gets it to where I can watch it is to take the contrast to zero. Please help me with this. James
