Prints 90% Of Pdf File When Using Mf Tray. We Are Using Adobe Reader 11.

Recently, our Taskalfa 250ci printer/copier stopped printing PDF file (printer setting "fit to paper") when we use the mf tray. After several configuration attempts, it will now print to the mf tray (legal size), but only prints 90% of the document. The same document will print to tray 1 (8.5 X 11) size paper, but not on the legal size paper (8.5 X 14). We can print the same document on our Dell B2360dn printer without a problem.

This can either be due to the version of Adobe Reader you have (upgrade to the latest available version) or the version of the printer driver. Find the latest available drivers for the model here.
