Kyocera Fs-3640mfp Offline
Wondering why our printer keeps showing off line and will not print.I unplug and turn off continually until finally it will print.Status either shows OK or Offline

When the computer says the printer is offline, it means the printer is either not turn on or not connected to the computer.
If you are sure that the printer is on and connected to the computer. disconnect the USB cable and reconnect it and make sure it is properly inserted. if the problem still unresolved then replace the cable.
