On Off Switch Problems And Flash Problems
Camera will not remain on although power switch is in the on postion (battery is fully charged and is a Kodak Li-Ion battery). Flash unlocks but will not pop-up for flash pictures.

Either the battery life have come to an end or the battery contacts are dirty.
Clean the battery contacts on both the camera and battery or replace the batteries.
To be sure it is battery problem connect it on charger and turn on while connected' see if it will turn off. if it doesn't then you will have to replace the battery
