Oven Heating Issue

When turned on, the oven pre-heats to 350, then cycles off. The oven probe checked ok @ 1085 ohms. All elements work, and fan is circulationg. What's next? Also, besides compairing the face to pictures, where is the loaction of the actual model #? Thank you, J LaRue
