Kbnu367vss Power Supply

A recent electrical storm has damaged the grill control circuit, KA service has been there 3 times and finally said they dont know what is wrong with it. Gas flow alarm goes off continually and control panal fully lit up. Have replaced circuit board no improvements. I checked output of 12V power supply connected to the grill and it is 16V, not sure if that is high enough to be causing issues.
