Outdoor Grill

I have a Kitchenaid outdoor grill Model# KBNU361VSS. I have a 15 LB propane tank hooked in and the conversion has been completed. When trying to use the grill, I get a code that says ( E1, EE:EE) the grill doesn't light but acts as if it will, could it be the tank?
