The Volume On My Stereo Has Suddenly Gone . It’s Showing That’s It’s On A

My stereo volume seems to be gone or on mute and I cannot work out how to fix it.It's showing that it's on and also connected to my phone with the Bluetooth but I cannot get any volume f I'm the stereo when I play music or try and answer a call.Can anyone help?
