Sudden Dodgy Bluetooth And Usb Connection When Playing Music

hi,i have been having issues with pairing my iPhone (7+) with my DDX4017BT recently, whenever I plug in the phone to play music it comes up as being unable to read the file, and the Bluetooth struggles to connect. this is only a very recent issue as it has been perfect up until now. i have updated the software to 0.0.137 version, and still no luck - anyone have an idea on how to fix?

Unpair your headphone by Settings>Bluetooth. Find the device and tap forget the connection, then restart your phone. If that doesn't work, there are other methods mentioned inhttps://support.apple.com/en-gb/HT209369
