System Software Update
My software is at 2.2.9 -322-324
I downloaded latest software & put it on an SD card in "garmin" directory. I inserted the card into the sd card slot of my DNX8120 but system never recognizes it. I put system in Standby and re-seated but no recognition. I turned off and back on. I did not do a reset for a system reboot.
I downloaded a "Bluetooth Software Update Procedure" and it said to download the software from Kenwood and put it in the root directory of a USB Thumb Drive. Where is the software? I could not find it. I put the system software that was on the SD card onto the thumb drive hoping I could update the system from that but could not. my Software Information screen showed the Bluetooth Module Version with a START prompt but the Software Version area did not even show a START prompt.
Any ideas?
