My Machine Is Louder Than Should Be And Now Does Not Want To Sew. It Is As If Th

It is as if the hand wheel cannot turn. I have cleaned out all lent, the belt looks ok from the top, it is just dragging and does not want to sew. Even moving the hand wheel by hand does not seem to work. that is very difficult.
