E8 Error

Purchased a Used 4290 Induction cooktop. Started throwing E8 Alarm , changed the left control module 3-4 months ago Cooktop has been working flawlessly until today . Would come up E8 , after several tries cooktop would again come on ready to cook. When unit was turned off will not turn on ,E8 again. Tried several times again and again cooktop came up ready to cook. All the connections were checked and found to be tight when the control was installed. Can You Help Me Solve this Problem.
