Bluetooth Wont Turn On

The thing people often miss with setting up Bluetooth is pressing the button on the device you are connecting to. Most people think if they set their phone to search for the Device, it will find it, but you have to tell the device to send out a signal on the phone to pair it. On you Jenson VM9213, you have to select Bluetooth. Start at page 15 of the manual.
The unit also has a Mute button.
