Jensen Vm9022 Volume Is Always At 25 When I Start My Car.

I can't figure out how to change the volume on my radio. I turn on the car and the volume is always at 25. I can turn it down, but as soon as I shut off the car and start it again, the volume is back up at 25. It must be a setting that I can't find.
