Dvd Will Not Eject From Car Jensen Dvd Player
best way to proceed to get dvd out of player- tried hitting stop and eject several times as well as playing movie for a period of time then hitting stop and eject. player just can not seem to catch it to push it out

its funny, its that same problem that lead me to buy this jensen uv8020. my stock player wouldnt eject cd's nemore. my friend who installs car audio said some sensor on it is gone. it would try to eject the disc but it seemed like it kept getting caught somewhere and wouldnt come out no matter how much the unit tried ejecting the disc. basically my friend said in these moments press and hold the eject button for 5 seconds. i guess its some kinda reset trigger for the unit itself. if it still doesnt eject the discs supposedly some sensor is bad in the headunit. sorry to hear ur jensen is doing this, i just got mine installed bout 5 days ago and hoping i dont have to go through this myself. hopefully reset trick works, if not then oh well, i guess the bright side is these headunits only cost $200 which is not to bad.
