Does My 930 Need A New Battery?

I have owned my 930 for quite some time now... use it every day for work. This morning, my battery indicator is staying white, and the headset indicator will flash blue for about 15 minutes then stop. The device still seems to be installed correctly, but I cannot hear any sound from it. Please advise.

You should consider new batteries if it has been more than 6 months of last battery replacement. For batteries, I suggest OEMs so reaching out to Jabra is our best bet.
