JVC FS-V100 Support Question

My Jvc Ux-v100 Won't Play Cd's.
When I insert cd into JVC UX-V100 it spins a few times then stop, sometimes it reads no cd other times nothing.

The lens may be dirty, try cleaning it with a CD cleaning disc or short burst of air in the tray area to dislodge a dust or debris.
