Wont Turn On With Battery In
My phone wont turn on with the battery in. It will turn on when plugged to the charger then when i insert the battery it shuts down, the lights on the bottom buttons turn on then blink once and thats it, no charging light or screen. the battery appears to be fully charged. Voltage reads 3.8v
