Why Doesn't My Hsm Dispense Water,but Dispenses Ice Fine?

Hey - Normally this is due to a frozen door water line. You can easily confirm this by removing the kickplate, and unhooking the water line. Then do the same thing you do to get water and it should spray out by the kickplate. If water sprays, turn the unit off for about 3-5 hours with the door opened.
