Tool Hose Poor Suction Uh60010
H=Brand new Hoover UH60010. The hose for the tools has very little suction and will not spin the tubo tool. There are no blockages and all filters were cleaned. Any ideas?
Also, the vacuum is hard to push and pull as though the power assist is not working right.
