Can I Add A Pci To This Machine?

I own this worthless pile of junk and I've been trying to see if I could somehow add a PCI slot to add another graphics card if that's how it can wor

Sorry but it's not possible to add a PCI slot or any other type of slot for that matter. The expansion slots are integrated into the motherboard so if you wanted more, you would need to replace the board with one that has more slots on it.
