I Have Error 01.0:10 When Turning On Printer. Any Suggestions?

Can't get past the error message, machine also says to restart and try again... which is not working. No help found at other support sites.

It seems that error code indicates a problem with internal circuitry

HP has an instruction to fix the problem, but it seems if that doesn't work your only option is to talk to HP support.

Problem with the PrintMech PCA.

Try the following:

Switch the Power OFF from the back of the Printer and disconnect the Power cord. Reconnect the

power cord and power On the Printer.

Check that the cables between the PrintMech PCA and the Sausalito PCI PCA are not damaged and

are correctly connected.
