New Printheads In My Z3100.

Hi, Replaced the heads. Did a diagnostic print - all fine. Tried to print a photo and I get a request to replace the printheads - which I have already done. It just goes through this time and again whatever I do.Any help would be gratefully received.Thanks Barry
