What Is Nfpdl

MY LAPTOP HP PAVILIONZE5500 HAD A CORRUPT FILE I TRIED TO REPAIR THE FILE BUT FAILED SO I FOMATED THE LAPTOP AND TRIED TO RE INSTALL THE OPERATING SYSTEM IT LOADED AND JAMMED AT 43% I CANCELED THE INSTALLATION AND NOW WHEN I TRY TO INSTALL THE OPERATING SYSTEM IT TELLS ME THE NPDFL IS MISSING WHAT SHOULD I DO?
