How To Select To Printed 2 Sided

I have a question? I have some documents that I need printed on 2 sides of the paper. I place the order in my Quality Doc program. It's programed to print 1 sided. However, I asked if I can print on 2 sides of the paper. I was told I have to change the setting on the actual printer. My printer only gives me the option to change from 1 sided to 2 sided if I'm copying. I want to know how I can manually change to printing on 2 sides before I print the jobs that were sent to the printer? Can you help me with this?

Why is my HP printer not printing double-sided?

Make sure the printer is reading the installed duplex option

If the driver and paper type settings are correct and the printer still will not print on both sides of the page, make sure the printer is reading the duplex option as installed.
