Broken Door Latch
The battery door in the bottom has a broken latch. Can I get it repaired?

Depending on the nature of the break it will affect the cartridges as without the latch they will not be held correctly in place and will not make electrical contact. Which latches are broken? The 7960 will work with one or two of the cartridges removed, it will operate in "reserve mode) and use the remaining one or two cartridges. If the black cartridge latch is working you could have at least a working B&W printer.
