Greetings - Please do the following -
1. That your printer is pluged directly to the wall soket and not on a spike buster/surge protector.
2. Download download and install the lates driver for you Laserjet from the link below (select your operating system first on the when on the page)-
https://support.hp.com/za-en/drivers/hp-laserjet-p1100-printer-series/model/41103033. Restart the printer after updating the driver.
