What can cause an illegal opcode error on a DL385p Gen8?

DESCRIPTION
On a ProLiant server attempting to boot HP Intelligent Provisioning 1.60 Recovery Media from a USB key, the system will not boot and will display a red screen with the following Illegal OpCode error message. This only occurs if the USB key is created from DVD media using the HP USB Key Utility for Windows 1.70.
RESOLUTIONDo not create a USB Key from DVD media.
Create the USB Key using HP USB Key Utility for Windows 1.70 to boot HP Intelligent Provisioning 1.60 from an ISO file instead of DVD media.
