Problem With Hp 8350

When I connected ADF to scner`s base, it shown me "Processing" . And I have never see 'ready'. Please help me!

I had exactly the same problem. Is the ADF scanner light on? Disconnect the cable running from the flat bed to the ADF. I did this with power on and USB connected. Update the firmware here to the latest version:

I have Win 7 32bit and used FW version 1.45. Ignore any message that your FW is already up to date. Follow the directions on screen. After the update completes and the scanner has been power cycled, plug the cable to the ADF back in and update again. I had to do this several times until the ADF scanner light was finally off prior to the update.

Not elegant but eventually it worked for me.
