Problem With Hp4400c, Green Document After Scanning!

Dear Sirs, Ihave a problem with scanned color documents, over HP4400c. Prolem is reflected in the fact that I have a scan through the green screen. Each scaned document is coverd in green. Green paint over scanned document, I can not remove. This problem since the beginning of the instaled scanner HP4400C. I need Your help, Best regades, Dragan Dačovic
