The Dvd Burner Is Not Opening. What Do I Need To Do? I Need To Install The Print

Insert the dvd & give it time to load then open your file explorer. Locate the dvd drive in the file explorer click it & find the setup.exe & double click it to start the printer software install process.

There is a PIN hole by the on-tray eject button. Gently push through one end of a paper-clipper or needle and it should force-eject. See page 41 of the Reference Guide for more on this.
