Business Inkjet 1200
Business inkjet 1200 will not print color. I have installed new printer cartridges and there are no lights indicating any problems. The black prints just fine. Please advise as we have several of these printers and need to perform periodic maintenance on all of them.

From what I remember these printers were subject to a firmware upgrade. This should be downloadable from the HP Website www.hp.com .
Also check if you are using a parallel cale which I know is out of date you are using an IEE1284 cable. When I worked on these they were a problem.
