My Travel Limits On My Genie 1500 Have To Reset Every 2 Days

my 1500 works fine for a couple days but it seems that the door changes the limits by a little bit on every use until it presses too hard onto the floor and opens up. i then reset the limits and it works for a few days. i have followed the manual and even watched the instructional videos on the web to make sure i am setting them correctly. i bought a second unit and it does the same thing.
