Powermax 1500 Revolution Series Model 4062

Door opener will open with both remotes and via the wireless keypad outside mounted. It will NOT close with any of the three. The bigger remote with the sun visor clip will give a beep when trying to close the door via this remote. The sensor with the red light mounted at the base of the garage door frame is continuously flashing as if something is obstructing the sensor's path to the oposite side sensor with the green light. Nothing is blocking the sensors path. The sensors are clean. The sensor with the green light shows the green light illuminated steadily without any interruption (ie: not flashing). The door can only be closed via the wired controller by the interior door from the garage to the home. To close the door the button must be held until the door fully closes. If I let go of the button while the door is closing the door will stop at its current location. Depressing the button again will cause the door to reverse direction and open again. The button does not have to be held down to make the door open. We have never had an issue with the opener until last evening. It was professionally installed in 2012. The batteries in the remotes have all been replaced. Any suggestions?
