Oven Is Locked Out

I just installed myrange and the display saids it is locked. I did the unlock procedure by pushing clear/off and then the 09 unlock for 3or more secs. this did not clear the command and I am not able to use my oven. I then unplugged the range and replugged it and did the same procedure as above to no avail  the range is still locked.  what can I do next.
