Graphics Card Upgrade

I have a gateway sx2855 ub10p and my son is wanting to use it for gamming and I was curious as to what if any upgrade I can do to suit his needs or if it would be better to tell him to save up more money so just buy a new computer. Just not sure as to what I need to upgrade with

Personally I would recommend a Nvidia gtx 1050 it's not too expensive but will do the job turning your computer into a gaming pc.
