No Tpm Or Tpm Has Problem

Gateway Notebook ML6732 System does not boot. If I press F10, the system gives the following information on the Gateway Splash Screen... CPU = 1 Processors Detected, Core per Processor = 2 Intel (R) Pentium(R) Dual CPU T2370 @ 1.73GHz No TPM or TPM has problem 3063M System RAM Passed 1024 KB L2 Cache System BIOS shadowed Video BIOS shadowed Press <F2> to enter SETUP Pressing F2 shows "Entering Setup..." but never produces any results. It just stays on this screen indefinently. I have already tried disconnecting the power adapter > removed the battery > located and removed the CMOS battery and for a few minutes. The CD ROM appears to be working, and tries to run the recovery disk, but stops short of starting the process. Can you tell me how to fix this issue?
