First, you need to wake up the screen on your GARMIN Vivosmart 4. ...
Once you wake up the screen, press the Touch-sensitive button to open the menu.
Next, scroll through the menu, and then tap on the Settings icon.
Now scroll down and tap on the System icon (the one that looks like a wrench).
After that, scroll down and tap on the Reset option.
