Why Did Facebook Charge My Credit Card Over 400.00 To Place An Add On Facebook.

I placed a ad on facebook and the charged me over 400.00 and i am not happy. when i tried to contact the company there was no information listed. this is BS I WANT MY MONEY BACK. END OF STORY.
