Epson Wf-3620: Printing No. 10 Envelopes In Word 2010

My new Epson WF-3620 does not align the left margin of the envelope addresses as shown in the Word 2010 envelope dialog boxes; it is 3/4" too far from the left edge of the envelope.

I had the same problem, but you can solve it in one of two ways:

1. Find the printer under Devices and Printers in Control Panel. Right click and choose Printer Preferences. Select the #10 Envelope paper size and check the box that says "Minimize Margins". Then go print your envelope. Afterwards, be sure to change back your setting to 8.5 X 11 paper.

2. If printing from Word, use the "Add to Document" option to have the envelope added to your document. When printing, print page "0" to print just the envelope. Just before printing, choose printer properties and make the same changes noted in #1 above.
