I Can't Copy Anything.
had a storm and outage, now I can't copy anything because the screen says -Date and time, time format, OK proceed-. I have tried anything to get back to -Copy- pushed every button, checked ALL connection, but it still doesn't work. I had that happen another time and had to call a Technician who got it working, but charged me. Can you walk me thru what I have to do ? Brigitta

Here are Epson's instructions for selecting the date and time. I don't know if this will solve your issue, but Epson provides no better documentation. Before engaging paid in-person service, I suggest phoning Epson. (See the contact information here: https://www.contacthelp.com/epson/customer-service.) Note that some of Epson's phone support personnel seem to be clueless: be prepared to ask for a supervisor.
