Good Morning Daikody,

I see that you are having trouble with your Electrolux washer, model# EIFLS60LSS, retaining suds and soap. I suggest using a liquid HE detergent if you are not already. I would also clean out the dispenser drawer completely.

Take the dispenser drawer completely out and then take all the cups out and clean each one separately.

After cleaning the dispenser drawer, I would run a “System Clean” cycle, to possibly get any suds or soap that might be lingering inside your appliance. To run the “System Clean” cycle:

*Press the button under the LCD corresponding to specialty cycles.

* Rotate the cycle selector knob to scroll through the list of available Specialty Cycles to choose from until you see “System Clean” displayed on the screen.

*Add 1 Cup of liquid chlorine bleach into where the detergent cup would rest.

* Press the start button to begin the cycle.

* When the “System Clean” is finished, immediately follow up with a “Spin Only” cycle. Select fresh rinse on max spin speed with no detergent or bleach to help clear any residual bleach left after the CLEAN WASHER cycle.

If none of these has helped with the suds retention, I highly recommend contacting your local authorized technician for further assistance. Hope this is helpful.

-Best Regards-
