Ewf1074 Front Loader Washing Error 24?

EWF1074 Front Loader Washing Starts the cycle after selecting Cotton 30 degrees, Spin, Options then Start the machine then makes sounds as if it is about to start the cycle then it stops and displays 0.01. If I turn the knob at stages Error 24 comes up. I have tried to reset the machine - via instructions; cleaned the emergency pump out. Tried a number of various combinations with different cycles. Yet it still only goes for a minute and then stops.
