Number Lock

I cannot get the number lock to turn on.  What do I need to do special?  I am holding it down for long periods of time and that usually works but not today.

You do not have to press and hold the NumLock button, pressing it once is enough.

If this does not function, please remove the batteries and press On/Off 20 times. This will re-set the printer. If still no avail, please ring DYMO to have the device exchanged.
